Slips where im at in Seabrook TX are typically by the foot, of the slip. Im in a 50 foot slip and pay $550 per month for covered with a large patio. Water included. Electricity is extra and averages about $40 per month. So $600 per month year round.

Did they measure in the water? I assume on a boat like yours it cant be easy getting the measurement.

I was kind of curious to know what my LOA was. I might have to get a long tape and give it a try. I have a gap at the windshield though, so I could go straight back with the tape. Of course I would want to make sure all the marina staff had gone home before measuring :drunk:

We are in the 30,000 Islands of Georgian Bay. Currently, for the 40 foot slip, we are paying $3600. For the season. Electricity (Hydro for my Canadian brothers) and water included. Winter storage is 18.50 per foot for the footprint, 250 to haul out and block, 250 to launch in spring. I have a custom winter cover and do all the winterizing myself.
