Help with transport specs

I just purchased a 1979 Voyager 3326 and am having a hard time finding the height of the boat so that I can get accurate quotes. Shippers are asking for Keel measurement, however I dont know how to figure that. Carver says 11'9" above water height, and also draft is 3'2", but I am not sure how those relate to shipping height.
Some people say that to transport over land that the Flybridge needs to come off, others say that only the windshield and steering wheel needs removed.
Does anyone have the height from the lowest point to the highest point with the windshields removed, and also with the Flybridge removed?
I wont have eyes on the boat until I need to do the work removing things. Since the trip to the boat is over 500 miles I am trying to figure out what I need to remove when I get there and what tools to bring to get the job done. If I only need to remove the windshield and steering wheel that would be best as it is getting cold and the boat is stored outside and working temps will be in the low 30's.
Absolutely any help on these dimensions would help me out a lot.
Thanks!!
