Perko Sliding window anti-rattle stops

Hi Guys, I don't know if anyone is interested in this but I had to fix the Perko sliding window anti rattle stops on our Carver. The screws are plastic and they broke. They are a 1/4" x 20 thread. I replaced them with a stainless steel thumbscrew knob.

Then I added one of these to the end. You have to remove the metal insert not hard. It pops right out. Then you thread it on to the end. Will add a little EU6000 adhesive to finish up.

I repaired all four of mine for a lot less than the cost one new one. Jim
