Does anyone have any parts for a carver 250 express?

What exactly are you looking for? Except for the hull, superstructure and some supporting proprietary components, most of the hardware and accessories are generic and likely available from other suppliers, manufacturers, etc.

I'm looking for a swim platform.

Yours is an integrated platform, that is to say that it's part of the hull and not a separate piece, is that correct? From what I recall it's a very narrow platform. If what you're asking about is adding an extended platform, you're looking at a custom build or try someone like Swimplatforms.com, they have units designed to fit several models.
