They are back up for saĺe ,almost got scammed but i smarter than that

Care to enlighten us with what the scam attempt was? I sell things, but in limited fashion, and am always on the lookout for new scams so I can easily recognize this stuff.
While scams will always be around I have found specific websites to be better than others. Typically community sites like here as an example (compared to general sites such as Craigslist or EBay).
For example, on a camera forum I participate in, that’s sells equipment, I never would have thought selling product that gets picked up in person could be an issue. But they paid via PayPal (not friends and family), sent the money, picked up, then claimed they never received the product as there was no shipping info or signature....

Well the purchaser contacted me via text agreed to pay the price wanted me to send her the shipping information once you got the shipping information she sent me an e trans check for $2,450 more than what we agreed on she said it was for shipping so I was supposed to deposit the check via my app Bank app and give the shipper that we're going to pick up the props the balance of the money she was said it was because she had to ship other items and pay the shipper I declined her offer and did some investigation and found out it was a scam then or weeks later she sends me another check from another company so now it's under investigation the thing is even if the check cleared because I put it through a bank app and I'm responsible for it for a hundred and twenty days
