So far, 4 boats, and for each I bought spares on ebay.
Way cheaper than new from a marina, and all but the 3 cleavers, were all brand new.
I didn't need the props, I just wanted spares, so I had time. If you need them right now, you may need to shop supply houses for the best deal though.
I bought brand new spare Michigan wheels for the 3697, 600 bucks for the pair. You can get a good deal if you have the time.

That would be a 24" diameter 24" pitch with a 1-3/4 shaft. I would not expect it to be cupped out of the factory, but you never know what a previous owner might have done. You can usually double-check the shaft size by measuring where it comes into the boat.
If you don't have any spares (and I'm a FIRM believer that you should), then you if you could find a set CLOSE to those 24x24 specs for a good price, then I would pick them up and use them and eventually convert them to your spares when you find the permanent set. As long as the shaft size is the same, they will work but may not be optimal. Say, you might find a set of 24x22 or 23x23 or even a set of three blades vs the four that you presently have. It will get you back on the water. You can continue to search for an exact match for your permanent set, or you might run on those spares and find that you'd like to change from the OEM prop to something else for better performance on how YOU use the boat.

24 x 24 is diameter x pitch
1 3/4" is shaft size

What’s wrong with the old ones? Unless they are mangled, there’s a decent chance a good prop shop can fix them. Took mine in for service as one had a blade a little out of pitch. Looked brand new when I picked them up and had a prop scan report to go with them.

Have you tried Google? Lots of prop shops out there and for something like you are looking for, I prefer buying local. You might want to let us know where you are located as we might know of a good shop near you.
