Voyager 450 genny exhaust

My 450 Voyager exhausts into the swim platform. I have water pushing out of my rub rail. I assume there is a break in the exhaust tunnel. Has anyone one else come across this?

I'm not an expert like many of the members here but on my 450 that exhaust route is pretty visible from the aft/starboard side of engine room. Not sure how it would break in the step without a pretty hard hit. I'll be interested to hear the outcome

There is a small valve under the sink that shuts off the sink and the icemaker - at least on my 506 there is.
First off, the hulls are the same for the 53 Voyager, 57 Voyager and 506. You genny exhaust should exit on the port rear quarter of the hull. The AC lines exit under the swim platform. Typically the bridge AC (if equipped) exits on the starboard side, and the cabin AC is on the port side.
Also, your swim platform is hollow. It is designed to be part of your trim tab system. If you have water coming out of your rub rail, you have a leak in the lines running through the platform to the chrome vents under the platform. The cavity in the patform has the potential of holding 2-300 gallons of water - its huge. It will also have water if the caulking around the platform fails or needs replaced.
My spring project is to replace the caulking. In the interim, I cut a 4" waterproof access plate into the swim platform last summer and vacum out the water with my shop vac once a month or so. There is nothing exposed in the platform, so no water penetration to be concerned of.

As luck would have it, the starboard portion the swim platform is a small compartment. I cut a 6" access hole beneath the ladder for repairs. It does fill with water when the genny is running, but is probably less than 30 gals. I hope someone can figure it out.

There is a leak in the discharge line that runs from the last AC compressor to the thru-hull into the cavity in the patform.
