I'M IN THE PROCESS OF BRINGING THIS BOAT BACK TO AS CLOSE TO ORIGINAL AS I CAN. IF ANYONE OUT THERE HAS ANY INFO ON PARTS AND PARTS LIST THAT ARE SEPERATE FROM OWNERS MANUAL IE. CARPET FOR EXTERIOR COOLER MOUNTS AND THE SUCH IT WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED.

Hope someone here has the same boat and can answer your questions. Best of luck with the restoration.

Not too much value in getting it back to 'original' specs, unless it is a very unique boat or you are going for a museum restoration. Make it like YOU want it to be and enjoy it!

just trying to get her close to original with updates that help performance, safety and looks. of course its the reliability that's going too make or break her. not in bad shape for her age... though a bit small for a mid-cabin. out 28 wellcraft was the perfect fit for the wife and me but just didn't want to be stuck with a marina if we choose to pull.
we've had outdrive serviced. oil changed in motor. seem to have a overheating problem at cruise speed right at this moment. looking to get this straightened out as soon as the water goes down on our lake.
previous owner did a lot of self maint that lacked the professional touch. having to straighten out some wiring and the neglect to small basic care. she's up for the winter so spring will be busy.

well spring has sprung and the overheat issue is fixed. first mate has put a lot of sweat and time into the cabin and head. have managed to get out on lake but again is spring on Texoma and lake is flooded. the boat has turned out to be a good addition. still a few things to get ship shape but i'm happy to be boating again. cant wait to see beach again......if water ever goes down. lots of water this year. hopefully won't get 4" disease to quickly
