Are the 6.2 Mercruisers 320 HP big enough for this boat? And what might be the approximate fuel burn. Upper Chesapeake Bay location (brackish water). And what should the WOT readings be for this model for a Sea Trial?
Plus any specific items to look for when searching for this model boat?

I have a 355 its bit bigger and a bit heavier than the 366. Mine has the 7.4 Mercruisers. They push it along pretty well. Cruise 3200-3400 @ 23 - 25 mph. Had it up to 31 mph at about 4100. It had a bit more to go ( i believe 4400 is wot).
The WOT for those engines should be on the rocker cover sticker. I would image it would be 4800-5000 for the small block 383 engines.
Make sure your happy with the performance of the boat with those engines. They most likely will push it fine, but its a lot of boat for a small block Chevy engines, they will be working hard.

Only a sea trial will answer your questions/concerns. When you do sea trial, make sure all your tanks are at least 1/2 to 3/4 full and 4-5 people on board.
I have Crusader 8.1's in my 356 and with a clean bottom, I can hit 35 mph.
