It's official , we are now the proud owners of a 3607 aft cabin !! We are going to winter in indoor storage and then see about transporting it from Gimli Manitoba to Kenora Ontario. ( Canada for those more southern folks )
Anyone have experiance moving one of these ? I am hearing 14 ft loaded as "Bridge Limit" but I am thinking the upper helm at least has to come off to make that number.
Thanks in advance and glad to be back here !

There is a thread on here where someone transported a 3607 and they did remove the bridge and bridge surround.
Underneath the bridge station there are a few multi-conductor cable connectors that can be pulled apart, but anything added by a previous owner might have to be cut and sliced. The bridge surround ("horseshoe") will come off pretty easily but if you have antennas mounted you'll need to trace the routing of those cables and either cut them or pull them back from their source. The shift, throttle and steering assemblies can be removed from the helm and just tied up and laid on the bridge floor so you don't have to disconnect them.

Thanks for that info - I will be checking with a couple of movers and a local mechanic to see what we can do. I will let everyone know when we get the move done

15 feet.
That is why mine is staying on the hard at the marina and not going to my barn.

i'm curious if they allow you into the indoor storage over the winter. That would be a great time to prep the boat for moving, as you could cut and label all the wiring and even put in connectors for reassembly. Depending on their age, you might even just consider ripping out the old VHF antennas and installing new ones at the destination, rather than trying to splice those cables.

Thanks all - the recommended mover has stated the fly bridge has to come off. We do have access over the winter so , yes , .... prepping for a spring move. Although the existing marinia is closer to home , just the wrong lake !

Good luck with your move.
In 2012, we moved our 3607 from Thousand Islands to Okanagan Lake BC using a pro boat mover.
Everything above salon roof came off : aft hard top, radar arch, flybridge, upper helm station.
The big job is the upper helm -- lots of wiring to disconnect / reconnect.
Hope your move goes (went?) smoothly.
Safe boating
