Hello everyone! I have just purchased my first Carver...a 1994 320 Voyager Flybridge...and I LOVE it! My wife and I plan to spend a good deal of time on the boat. It did not have a tv installed when we purchased it. We'd like to add one in the salon as well as one in the cabin. I have looked everywhere for information on the best way, and location, to mount a tv in each of these locations on the boat but have been unable to find anything.
Any advice from others who have installed tvs in their 320's would be helpful and much appreciated.
Thanks!

Welcome aboard and congrats on the boat!! Post up some pictures when you get a chance!!
The first thing I'd consider with the TV is where you'd be most comfortable viewing it. Then I'd figure out what size I could get and where to mount it. You could even mount it on a swing-out arm, so that it can be stowed out of the way while you aren't using it but pulled out to an easy-to-view position for best comfort. If you do use any type of swing-out or movable mount, make sure you factor in some way to secure it well while cruising, especially when bashing waves.

Thank you km1125. I've definitely been considering the most comfortable viewing spots. At this point, I believe I will mount the tv using a swing mount on the wall separating the salon from the head. Now I just need to figure out how to run a new electrical outlet to that side of the boat so that I can actually plug the tv in!
Thanks again for the response!
