Hello guys. I have a question, do all 410 SS models have the same max capacity of persons allowed on board?
Thank.

In North America there are no max capacity of persons designations for boats longer than 26 feet. Most all larger yachts have yacht certification. It is my understanding, it is the captains responsibility to ensure the boat is loaded to no more than safe operating limits. It may be different in Finland though. https://www.watercraftlife.com/yacht-certified/

That's an interesting question for a 41 foot boat. Not meaning to pry, but why are you asking about the max capacity of people for that boat? I'm sensing an epic party. Fifteen people on a 24 foot pontoon is going to be more comfortable than ten people on my 360 SS.

Out on the water I would say the practical limit is about ten people on the 360, but that is still going to be very crowded. We can fit about five on the fly bridge, two or three in the cockpit, and the rest inside. At the dock we have had as many as about fifteen, but people are really getting in each other's way at that point.

For reference on my 99 Carver 406, we just had 13 people on board for a boat parade cruise that lasted about 6 hours. We were comfortable and not too congested. Tip, have another captain on board for breaks at the head. We had 3 captains in addition to me. Non boaters, seem to take up more space on the boat as they are not used to being on a boat with tight quarters.
