A few new updates to the Helm of my 2004 Carver

These vessels are a lot of work, but it is worth it once out enjoying them while underway!
I just finished up with a few updates to the helm area of my Carver 350 last night. It was pretty gloomy out yesterday here, so wasn't able to get the best photos and will try again sometime soon. I'm getting everything in the helm area closer to where I want it, but a few more touches to do still.
I have attached some before and after photos below.
Does anyone know how the switch panel and dashboard pieces are mounted? Seems that the switch board might be glued somehow and assuming the dashboard is probably the same way, but I am not 100% sure on that yet.
I did a quick video of everything as well
