Any new ideas to keep eisenglas from burning on the Bimini rails?

I spoke with Blake. They are having an issue with one of the chemicals. It still may be a couple weeks before they can send any out.
He says they don't charge the card until the order is shipped.

I buy 1" rolls of adhesive backed velcro, cut to size, peel and stick to the bimini support rails where I am concerned with abrasion or burn.
I have black canvas and the velcro blends right in when looking from the outside, and from the helm you don't really notice the velcro unless you're looking for it.
It has been an inexpensive, simple and effective solution for me.
