Thanks for passing on your results. I've been operating with the head tank extended up to the overhead to increase the head pressure on the gear box to prevent any further water intrusion and hopefully force the water back out of the box. What's interesting is that the level in the head tank stays constant (6' higher than normal) most of the time, even when operating it. And then periodically while just tied up in her slip I'll find the level dropped by about a cup. I've added about a quart over the last two months so there's at least an oil mixture in the gear box. Not good, but hopefully it holds together until I can haul out.
