Does anytone know how to install new bilge blower hoses to the side vents of a 1996 Carver Santego 380? They are extremely difficult to access?

Welcome aboard. Hopefully someone with the same model/vintage will chime in.

Can you post pictures? Is there a panel that can be removed to access the vent? Can the vent be removed from the outside to access the hose at that end then feed it into the bilge?

Looking at my boat I hope I never have to crawl down there and replace anything. The engineers that design boats never have to work on them I think or they would come up with better layouts. That's just my unbridled humble opinion.

Can't get to it with my phone for pictures. Took 8 screws off the exteriopr vent panels to acces fro the outside, but the panel won't budge. I hate to try to pry it loose for fear of messing up the surrounding gelcoat. Thanks anyway.

If those 8 screws were wood type screws and not machine screws ....then probably there is some kind of sealant holding it in.....you can try some fishing line in behind the lip to loosen and maybe a hair dryer to warm things up......slow and careful usually works....no hidden screws ???...good luck with it.
