Good for you! Spend some of those winnings on some boat fuel and smiley beverages. Packers fans say "you're welcome". 49er's are way too fast to lose in Miami. Player personnel and coaching staff are equally talented. 8-) er

Yup, diesel at $4/gal-ish. Can go about 30 miles to get it for $3.40-ish...haven't crunched the numbers yet but if I'm going for a ride anyway, might be worth it to get the cheaper fuel. Only thing that concerns me is the fuel turnover at the cheaper station. Pros/cons, etc.

If you get 1 mpg, then you have to buy 200 gal to break even considering 60 miles of cruising. Your tank is about 400 gal capacity. So if you timed it perfectly, and you did not value anything besides the fuel it could save you $100. The only way that would really make sense is if you are passing that facility on a cruise regardless. I wouldn't worry about fuel turnover, unless the facility is a real junk yard. If they are priced that competitively, they are pumping significant volume. Most times when boaters with diesels buy from our marina, they are taking on at least a couple hundred gallons, more like 500 usually. 8-) er
