Replacement of Isinglass

Postby tgebler » April 3rd, 2020, 11:11 am

I am looking to replace the canvas and isinglass for my 2000 396 aft cabin. It would include the cockpit and the flying bridge. Any idea what I can expect to pay and where can I get this service? I live in the Pittsburgh area. Thanks.

Custom canvas shop would be ur best bet. Looking at $5K>$7K, depending on what you wanted done.

Do you need new sunbrella and vinyl or just the clear vinyl?
If only the vinyl is bad, just sew new vinyl over it, then cut the old vinyl out.
Thanks

There was someone at our marina, Lake of the Woods, who had his Fairlane helm station closed in with new bimini & glass done. it was about an 8x8 ft area and cost him just over $10K.
