My water pressure seems low. The stream of water will start off ok but then get weak. Doesn’t change when hooked up to dock water. Trying to locate where the pump is so I can investigate. Thanks

Dock water does not go through the pump.
When connected to city water you should have city pressure.
Filter clogged?
Bad pressure reducer?

FWIW, on my 3807, the water pump could be accessed by a very small opening underneath the steps going down to the galley.
If not there, turnoff the dock water, turn on your water system and follow the sound of the pump.
Agree with others, sounds like a partially clogged filter

Pump should be close proximity to the boats water tank. My aft csbin water tank is under aft mattress have you checked in that area?

Not sure on the 3608s, but on the 3607s the fresh water pump is under the bottom of the port side cabinetry right next to the aft berth. There's a hinged hatch that swings up to allow access once you open the cabinet door.

Update. I get no water when hooked up to the dock. With the water pump on I get very weak cold water and none from the hot side. I just recently got this boat so I am unfamiliar with how the system works. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When you are hooked up to water on the dock, you 'turn off' the breaker for onboard water pump. The dock hose inlet will bypass the pump and deliver the water directly to the system. If you are not getting any water from the dock, this might be an indication of a faulty valve that will prevent the water from flowing 'out' of the city water inlet when using the pump. I believe that this I called a 'check valve'.
This diagram seems to explain the system. I do not have an 'accumulator tank' in my system.

You might have to do a thorough inspection of the whole water system. A previous owner might have installed valves to bypass for winterizing.
Also check the individual faucets. There are usually screens in the aerators that could be getting clogged up not allowing flow. That's really the only common point to either the shore water or the on-board pump. Often the on-board pump runs at a higher pressure than the shore water so that might explain why you see a trickle when it's on.
