Has anyone modified their front windshield to add a vent in the lower part for better air flow?
Thanks,
Walter

I assume you're talking about the lower windshield and not the flybridge one. I don't think I would modify the lower windshield as it may serve as part of the structural integrity. Some models with your type of cabin side windows have sections that open, I saw a mod on one of these where a scoop was fastened to the frame to direct air flow into the cabin while underway. Thought it was a good idea, pretty sure though that it was a mod and not an option or off the shelf aftermarket piece you can buy. Maybe this is an option for you instead of messing with the windshield.

Thanks, I should have clarified I'm talking about the windshield on the flybridge.

Can't just open up canvas windows?

Actually sitting in the captains chairs the window openings above the windshield for the canvas is above my head so no air flow directly on me.

I agree, if the sun on you at the same time it can be miserable, too bad there was not a wing window to deflect air in, lots of guys put small fans up there also.
