SeaStar hydraulic steering

Noticed my steering started feeling chunky then felt like I lost it altogether while underway at one point, then came back for me. Clearly the system has a leak and will fill + bleed. But looking at the fitting it looks like the source of the leak, but I'm not seeing a volume of fluid just some spray.

Does this look like it's a simple repair or replace the cylinder in full?

Thanks
Dan

It should just be a tee fitting where the hydraulic hose attaches to one end and the other end with the red plastic cap is the bleeder. What end is leaking or is it leaking where the tee meats the cylinder? If the bleeder is leaking, make sure the bleeder is closed tight. If it can't be tightened enough to stop it from leaking, replace the bleeder.
