One thing you could do while searching.....

Find the breakers for the sumps. They should have dedicated breakers and that should also tell you how many you have. TURN THESE BREAKERS OFF.

Pour about 3/4 to 1 gallon of a citrus-based cleaner (even a bilge cleaner) maybe mixed 50/50 or more with water into each SHOWER drain. As stated above, each shower likely has its own sump. This amount should fill the sump beyond the scum line inside and may actually overflow it, but that overflow should just end up in the bilge somewhere (so don't be surprised if you then see water in the bilge that wasn't there before).

Let it sit for A WHILE. As long as you can, but since other things drain into the sumps (like the Air Conditioning condensate) then you can't leave the sumps off for too long. A couple hours might be fine, or if you leave the boat (and turn the air conditioning off) then you could leave it that way until you come back next time. Again, they'll overflow to the bilge so you might get some additional water in there, but it won't be a ton.

Turn the breakers back on and let the sumps empty themselves. This won't clean them out, but it will soak them and should eliminate a lot of the smell for a bit. The soaking should also make it easier for you to clean them out when you do eventually find them.
