Replacing Head Fan - removing dual drawer slide

Our head fan failed last year. It shorts out and trips the breaker. I think access wise, the head fan is behind this drawer. I can't see another way to access the area where the head fan exhaust is.

Normal drawer tabs would have a release. I guess there would be some here too. Any tricks to getting the drawers to release with the limited access?

Are there other ways to replace the head fan? What have people used as replacement?

Thanks

To follow up here - there is a screw on each side that is visible about 2 inches behind the slide wheel. There's a circular opening on the slide that allows visibility to the screwn. The screw is partially set in which prevents the wheel from sliding out. I'm not sure this was the original design, but seemed like a pretty half baked solution!

With the drawers out, still couldn't get to the head fan though. Still need to figure this out! I can see the fan from the outside of the hull and there is a small vent cover - but no real access to the fan. I may just leave it in and put another fan in line.

With the drawer out, you can't see the screws from underneath that hold the top onto that cabinet? I would think if you pulled that off you'd have a lot of access to whatever is behind there. Perhaps take some pics of the inside once the drawer out out.
