What's the best way to fix these stripped mounting hole screws? They're for the covers for bins on the aft deck:

Only time I needed to do this was quite some time ago where I used Marinetex. Worked wonderfully by the way.
I would drill out the hole just slightly so as to expose clean fibreglass all while removing the crud in the hole. Fill hole as best you can and when dry, drill out to appropriate size the take the screw. Do not need to fill it full, just enough to be able to drill out and have a hole the size required to get the original screw back in.

I've used this product. It mixes as you are squeezing it out sou only use what you need. Drill out the holes abit larger like was mentioned and fill with this and after it sets redrill it.

Thanks all. Cleaned and drilled the holes out and packed in some marinetex. The hatch mounted up no problem after.
