I have a 1991 3608 aft cabin and for winter it is stored indoors in a heated building. Can I leave my freshwater tank full or is it a best practice to empty prior to storage? Thanks.

If it were me, I would empty out for 2 reasons. 1. If the heating source in the building would fail, water can freeze and damage a lot before long. 2. That water is going to go stale and get real smelly. Also, mold & mildew growth. Better safe than sorry.

Ya I agree, she'll stink come spring time if you leave the water in there. Don't forget to drain the hot water tank too.
IMO heated storage gives people a false sense of security, they think that gets them out of the need to winterize all systems. I can tell you that heating systems fail and so do backups. Let's not forget the kind of winters we get up here shut down the infrastructure some of those heating systems and backups rely on. Boats freeze in heated storage facilities more often than we hear about, for that reason I always recommend winterizing even if she's going into heated storage.
