Hi there

I am on the hunt for 2 2 1/2” shaft struts and stuffing boxes for a 2004 570 pilothouse which is running D12 Volvos with 2 1/2” shafts. Any ideas where I could track some down?

You can try Buck Algonquin for the stuffing box but there are others. Really any marine supply place can get these. They just need to know the OD of the thru-hull tube and the shaft OD. If they were traditional flax packing shaft logs, now's the time to consider dripless shaft logs.

A good propeller machine shop should be able to help with the struts. Check the existing ones for a part number stamped on it, that would help.
