That is all nice but the engine is not running....did you get a scan with the engine/engines running and up to operating temp ? You need to watch what takes place as the throttle is opened and closed/ changing position....then you can see if and why the stall is happening and compare one engine to the other.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

That is all the tech did. I have the software arriving on Monday along with the dongle for my engines. I will read how to do it on Monday and try to get a new report on Tuesday.

Without the engines running, and then again running under load, that didn't help you at all.
If i am not mistaken, the mefi 3 will only store critical faults, and will even lose those after power is removed.

Have you had a look thru this thread from a few years back ?

Fyi......I had a look at your data......will spend some more time looking, All my mefi stuff is gone now.....I wonder what the actual target IAC spec is at idle....I won't guess here.

I believe / think the IAC is fluid / variable as I watched the desired IAC Position go up and down on RPM increase and decrease. I made MP4 files of each "rec" file with the RPM, IAC Position, desired IAC Position, and Battery Voltage with zoomed in metering on those fields.

OLD Thread - Very Interesting thread more to look at.

Here some more, seeing as how you are starting down this road to enlightenment... :-D ....yes the IAC is fluid , but there needs to be a starting point to allow the idle air control and the timing to control the idle speed and engine stall on return to idle and when placed in and out of gear at idle. It also has a relationship with the throttle body plate fully closed gap.It is important that plate and bore are clean and not gouged/sticky.

UPDATE: Today in following the thoughts from bud37, km1125 & tomschauer & maybe more, I swapped out the Charles Charger 5000 60 Amp for a new Victron Skylla IP65 (3 Output) 70 Amp Charger with a NEMA 2000 connector. I hooked this unit up on Saturday and got it up on my Garmin Glass via N2K connection. I understand I can likely use One helm on the Garmin to hook directly to the Victron for more and better info. Waiting for clarification from the Victron rep.

In watching this overnight the charging going on and this morning the progress of amp draw getting down to a real low level (0.9-1.6) of amps going to the battery banks, we took her for a ride only today. No anchoring as that will be the next test, next week. I noticed right away my Garmin Unit voltage connection where it was 11.9V before I started the project to now 13.9V. I indeed to lose just under .5V from the battery bank to the helm over the haul of the electric wire. Now that I see the battery voltage from the charger on the Garmin the above voltage drop is obvious. That being said the voltage I am seeing is between 14.4V - 14.7V. I watched the charger when I selected battery 2 for my primary for the trip and started the engines the charger stopped charging that bank. This feels like it may do the trick since the computer software did not yield anything conclusive.

bud37 that document has great info, I have been reading through it and highlighting areas that apply to my engine type and striking through the ones that do not for an easier find if more information is needed.

Thank you all for the continued help and support.
