The boat has ridiculously low hours on it so it doesn’t appear the previous owner did any mechanical add-ons of that nature. But thanks for the thought. Now the boat is in drydock I plan on digging into the fuel system and figuring out if this transfer pump exist or not. Also moving one of the water separators from in front of the port engine to in front of the starboard engine where it is accessible. Thanks for the reply.
