Waste Tank Caps

Postby samcrouse » July 23rd, 2019, 10:01 pm

I have a 1999 Carver 504 Hardtop. It has two holding tanks. The waste caps are of two different threads. They are located right next to each other on the starboard side. My manual doesn't address this. Anyone know why the two different thread sizes?

That's an odd one. Most likely one is 1 1/4 FIP and the other is 1 1/2 FIP. Not sure why they used two different ones on the same boat.
