Forward state room matress size

Can anyone tell me if the forward state room matress a full, queen, or double. Size??????

Boat beds are almost never the size of a standard home bed. I have the same boat and while I have never measured either berth, my guess is they are both slightly smaller than a standard double. And I might add, they are almost never an exact rectangle. Curved corners, V shaped, even trapezoid shaped sometimes which is a good example of the 356 forward berth.

If looking for a new mattress, either it needs to be custom made, or you can get a queen size memory foam or latex mattress and cut it to fit. The one end will most likely be about an inch wider than a queen, the other end an inch or two narrower than a full. I used a latex queen and cut to fit for my 1998 355, I believe your bed is almost the same.
