Moving time!

Postby Grafunkus » June 16th, 2021, 9:23 am

John Bouy has made the move! We just received word that it has arrived at it's new home, Northern Harbour, Lake of the Woods, ON. The border has opened so we can actually go see her! Will go on Saturday to put up the bimini but wont be staying overnight. Don't think that they will have the rudders and props put back on in time. All the Manitobans are getting their boats put in.

Congrats!! Glad to see you didn't have to remove the bridge surround or helm up there, as that would have been a lot more work to put back together!!

So glad we didn't have to do that. We were looking at it a while ago and realized that half the upper area has been glassed over and the other half has the screws. The driver did end up calling the highways department to double check the height of one bridge, but the map/chart was wrong.
