Forward windshield black out screen

Postby tsides777 » March 17th, 2022, 9:20 am

I'm trying to find a new one of these, but I don't know what they're called or who would carry them. This is for a 2000 Carver 396.

Thank you for any help!

Welcome.......top of the mornin.. :beergood: ....if you are talking about a privacy cover/bra/window cover for the salon area front windows, you will have to have one custom made by your local canvas business.....lots of color and material choices, they can help you with your decision.....good luck
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.....

Yes it will have to be made. It's a pretty simply diy project also. Using sunbrella or a light blocking material like Phifertex. You can check out sailrite website. This was the first project I ever did years ago on my trojan f32.

We had all new canvas made last year including the front window cover. We took the old canvas to a nearby canvas shop and they did all the work. I do not know the specific cost for the window cover since we had all of isinglass and Bimini replaced. If you need contact info in the Pittsburgh area, let me know.
