I have a 1991 26 Command Bridge. Can anyone tell me the location of the shower pump?

I would start by looking in the bilge , open hatches nearest the shower and try to find the Shower drain hose (1 1/2") maybe .
then follow to your Shower Sump Box.
A white box approx 12" square.
The pump and float switch are in this box.
Check wire connections for corrosion.
