Seen that before, your fenders are now useless when winds change and the boats chine is grinding away on the edge of the dock.....I know you know this, just thought I would expand for the sake of others that have never had to deal with this situation......good you got the four point tie off. The other day ours went up and down about 1 ft, like a tide.
Heh I heard the real reason for the high levels....too many new boats being put in this spring...
