EDIT: Found the graphic. The company he got these from was called Zatkoff.
I thought this showed the actual sizes but it just does for the last one. Maybe you can cross-reference the parts though:

Can I confirm right left and reserve somehow by operating lower helm and waiting for fluid? Thanks for putting up with me....
Sure seems like this would be the easiest way. remove all three, have someone rotate the lower helm (just a bit) one way and then the other and see which two lines have fluid coming out. That should tell you which is the center for sure, but you may have to swap the two ends to get it directionally correct.

Two questions - what do you think this stamp means in the photo?
Do you thing the pump is put together wrong causing the steering not to work? I am concerned about the spring "arms" needing to be in perfect alignment with the ball bearings. I did get it seated and could feel the springs when I pressed down on the inserted portion of the spring pump. I don't get fluid out of the reservoir line every time I take it apart...

It is clear here there is something wrong, sometimes that requires going back to the start to make absolutely sure of the hydraulic lines/ hose id and routing, perhaps an extra move you have forgotten.
You really have to get the hoses correct then you can do the proper purge procedure for this unit for it to work right.
