as the doors age corrosion build up between the aluminum swelling it until the door rubs and then wont close. Here are the steps to replace the rollers.
Replacing Glass door rollers in a 1985 carver 3227

1. Remove Ladder.
2. In the top of the door frame remove plastic retainer strip. With door closed remove the two screws on the left hand side. Slide door to left and remove the two screws on right. Slide black strip out carefully so it does not break.
3. Lift door out of track. Lay door flat on cockpit floor.
4. Remove screw from top right corner. Remove screw from lower left and right.
5. Pull and separate bottom part of door that contains the rollers.
6. Remove Phillips screw that holds rollers in place.
7. Slide rollers out.
8. Adjust new rollers to full closed position.
9. Slide new rollers in home depot primeline.net #d1723 Roller assembly 1-1/4’ O.D.
10. When assembling door take time to clean out debris from all areas of the door. Pull back rubber seal and re seat glass.
11. Set door back in track, install retaining strip
12. Adjust rollers for a smooth gliding door.
