The inverter is wired correctly now.

I got the new props straightened and balanced by a guy that does props for marinas across most of the southeastern US, and am going to sell them. I sold the boat a month ago. Everything was fixed prior to putting it on the market. A great boat, and really enjoyed it when it wasn’t laid up waiting on work and re-work. Thanks for asking.

The props are Michigan Wheel DQX 22x22 bronze props back in the boxes I bought them in, if anyone is interested.

I'm curious on the new props if you got them rescanned after you took them off the boat. Were they OK?

If so, then that likely confirms there was some issue when they were installed which caused that new vibration. I'd bet it was the key hanging up. It's hard enough to get right when you're 'on the hard', and has to be very difficult underwater even if that water is crystal clear.

Yes they were rescanned. I think your theory in regards to the key may be correct. I originally thought it was because they didn’t true them to the shaft. (Divers can’t do that)
