Oil Pan Leak

Postby dpcraig » January 18th, 2021, 4:45 am

1994 Carver 390 looks like an oil pan leak on the starboard engine. Cummins 250. The engines are is tucked down under the floor in the main cabin - anyone have any experience with this and what you have to do to get to it? Thanx, dc

Welcome to the forum.....
I can't help with the engine location/install....but a question. Have you determined what the leak is....the pan itself, a fitting on the pan or the pan mounting rail gasket ? The reason I ask,.... in the short term there are ways to seal up certain types of leaks.
Hopefully someone with the same boat can help.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.
