These fit like a glove, a direct replacement, look great and are LED. You will need to cut the original wires and splice which is very easy to do. Quality is as good or better than the Hera lights IMHO.

This is a three year old thread I know, but I should thank Midnightsun too. We're running a Mainship 37 now (still miss the Carver 3207 though) but they use the same Hera E1 lights. The rings are breaking or cracking all over, sometimes they spontaneously fall from the ceiling. I swapped to G4 LED's a few years ago, but the nuclear-hot halogen bulbs had made the rings brittle already. That Amazon link is still good and I just got my first half dozen. Perfect fit, they pop right in, and unless you're specifically looking for a difference, you'd never notice they're not direct replacements for the Heras. Little brighter but still soft white so they don't have that cold, fierce bluish light. Thanks so much. Perfect. Now I can replace all the Heras that are missing the trim rings.
