How to access head faucets in Marquis 550

Postby warwickmom » May 19th, 2025, 2:10 pm

We own a 2024 Marquis 500 SB. After dewinterization, we turned on water pump and 2 of our sinks (VIP and guest stateroom) head faucets won't turn off. Nothing happens when you turn handle. All other sinks work fine. This happens whether we are hooked up to shore water or water pump. We believe there might be mineral build up as this happened to one of our showers before. The faucets are wall mounted. We can't for the life of us figure out how to get behind the faucets or remove them for inspection. Any guidance?

Are you sure the valves don't come apart from under the handles? Usually you can take the handle off and loosen a hex and the whole valve body will come out
