Some use a separate module (small box) tucked in behind the dash. That could be faulty, or a wiring/electrical issue, or faulty gauge.

What engines do you have ?

If you have a sync module then you can access it from behind the bow jump seat, crawl in and the back of the dash , AC unit, storage etc are in there.

I think if you search this site for sync module, we have had some discussions about them with part numbers etc. But I don't recognize that particular gauge.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Looks like a beede sync guage. If so there's definetly a black box behind the dash. I ended up replacing mine as the oem stopped working also.
