Good Morning All,
I have 4 thru-hull drains that sit in gutters where the water from the cock put is routed. It does not feel like the type that have threads and a nut, but some sort of push in. The are ~3/4" in diameter. And ideas where to buy something like this? All 4 are brittle and falling apart.

Yay, I found some. They are on eBay. They are called 3/4" thru hull white drain tubes. I haven't installed them yet, but they are definitely the right thing.
