Hi fellow Carver owners. By way of introduction, we live and work in Seattle where we enjoy cruising Puget Sound and the San Juan / Gulf islands. We are the new owners of a '92 Carver28 Command Bridge [actually it's about 32 feet long], is documented as "This Is It" and it's moored on Lake Union. The boat's name implies that we don't intend to be moving up yearly with larger vessel acquisitions . . . i.e., 'this is it' [for now]. We still own a '76 Bayliner Saratoga Express 2550 . . . sitting on its trailer in Anacortes . . . used for salmon fishing and crabbing since 1980. We know that our new boat is probably the minimum Carver, but it suits our needs and we really love it.
